Or Hellraising? Or maybe Genuine Warrior.

How about a Rogue? or a Roman?

Roman Knight, Viking Days?

Viking = Barbarian. Idk.

Assuming you actually keep the names listed, regardless of what order you put them players will be confused. Why even bother arguing about which one is technically ahead, and just switch them out for something simplistic and obvious in its meaning and rank. Keeping knight in each title is fine IMO, as it seems obvious to me that this is a players progression down the "knight" line.

But the whole point of this thread is to find something simple and elegant witch an obvious meaning. I am not interested at anything technical, but at picking a list in which the hierarchy would be obvious to everyone that doesn't look as ugly as "First Class Knight", "Second Class Knight", and etc...
